Processing Time:
All orders require up to 6-10 business days to be processed. This allows us to carefully prepare, quality-check, and package your items.
Shipping Time:
Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped. Delivery typically takes 1-6 business days, depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.
Important Note:
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders will only be shipped after the 10-day processing period is completed.

Returns & Refunds Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only available for orders that are incorrect or incomplete and must meet the following conditions:
1)You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2)The product is unused, unworn, and unaltered.
3)The packaging must be in good condition, including the original hair net, wig bag, and protective wrapping.
4)All accessories, tags, and original materials must be included.Products that have been used, styled, installed, or altered are not eligible for exchange
Damages & Responsibility We take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely. Once your order has been delivered, any damage, misuse, or alteration of products becomes the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for damage caused after delivery.
